Built within a garden and surrounded by trees, the design caters to the owner’s needs as an artist, emphasizing rural architecture and environmental adaptation, with careful consideration of building orientation and matterials.

Η μελέτη αφορά στο σχεδιασμό και την έκδοση οικοδομικής άδειας για μια συμπαγή κατοικία 80τμ στην οποία προσαρτάται ένα studio εργασίας. Τοποθετημένη εντός ενός κτήματος με αμυγδαλιές η επαφή με τον περιβάλλοντα χώρο, ο προσεκτικός προσανατολισμός και τα προσαρμοσμένα στο τοπίο υλικά αποτέλεσαν τις σταθερές του σχεδιασμού.
