This project involves the adaptive reuse of a pre-war neoclassical building, one of the few remaining examples of this architectural period in the city of Larissa.
The total area of the building is 305.60 sq.m. (ground floor & semi-basement), and it is being repurposed to host an Open Support Center for Children with Down Syndrome.
The architectural proposal includes:
• Educational and multipurpose activity rooms
• Reception, hospitality, and cultural spaces
• Outdoor space design for open-air activities
• Reuse of demolition materials in the outdoor surface finishes
